Just a few to keep this fanlist orderly.

1. you must be a Vincent Kartheiser fan (why else would you call it a fanlisting?)

2. a site is not required, you dont even have to have an email address, as long as you live somewhere in the world.

3. your site need not have to be anything related to Vincent. Anything except hate and porn sites can join.

4. there must be a code on your site. only one code per site please. and no resizing of codes.

5. people who have sites but do not have a code on their site will be added but without their site link.

6. if you wish to change member information, do it here.
